Sub: Lack of Interest shown by your ward in attending Classes/Clinics

Dear Parents,
It is observed with concern that your ward is not regular in attending classes/clinics. He/she has missed some important part of the syllabi. So there is likelihood that his/her attendance would fall short.
He/she has been fined Rs. 500/- per day for absenting him/herself from the classes/clinics on 19th & 20th October 2009.
You are, therefore, requested to advise your ward to be regular in classes/clinics. Otherwise it will directly affect his/her Internal Assessment and he/she may be detained in the same class.
